Gentle Mobility Class for Seniors

Join me for an hour of gentle exercises. For this class I will draw on my repertoire of posture alignment ecises and tailor them to the most common challenges seniors face.

You will find these gentle ecises to be very impactful as they help you increase mobility, ease of movement and functional strength. We'll take your body through its paces without forcing or straining, honoring your body all the way.

The classes take place in the morning in a studio with air conditioning in the Coronado Plaza (behind the Sandbar). I will use a voice amplifier to ensure everyone can hear me well.

Please note that if you suffer from chronic pain or are dealing with a particular limitation it is best to see me for one-on-one Posture Alignment Training sessions where I can analyze your specific alignment and tailor the exercises to your body. While the classes will generally support many and are a great way to be introduced to ecises, they cannot provide the same results. Posture Alignment Training is intrinsically a one-on-one method that cannot be fully translated to a class-setting.
