Wall Stork Teaser

A lot of the Posture Alignment Training exercises look deceptively easy, simply and basic. But once you try it out, it's anything but! Wall Stork is one of those ecises. You'll be standing against the wall with one foot resting on a chair. I mean, how hard can this be 😏


Do each leg for 1 - 3 minutes, but as always, if it hurts, stop! Your body might not be ready for Wall Stork and that's okay - it just means that you have other things to work on first. Posture Alignment works in layers. Each session addresses certain issues, starting with your compensation patterns or coping mechanisms. With each session we 'peel back a layer' until we can work with the real underlying dysfunctions and then.. we strengthen the new posture! In the same way, a posture alignment menu works step by step. Every ecise prepares your body for the next one. That's why it's important to always do your ecises in the order in which they were given! The magic is in the correct sequencing!! 😉🧚🏻‍♀️✨
