Posture and Flow Class for Adults

Wanting to exercise but not sure where to start?

 

Posture & Flow is a low-impact class that focuses on restoring functional alignment, strength and mobility in the body. For this class I will draw on my repertoire of posture alignment ecises to help you mitigate the effects of our often too sedentary lifestyles..

Posture & Flow offers a unique approach to exercising, one that goes beyond traditional methods. In this class, we utilize exercises as a method of communication with our bodies, guiding them back to correct alignment and balance. Whether through active movements, passive poses, stretches or strength-building exercises, each exercise aims to remind our body how to move, stand, and sit correctly.


The emphasis will be on correct form over intensity. When we speak the body's language and meet it where it's at, it will quickly hop on board and show you results with increased mobility, ease of movement and functional strength. You will leave the class feeling taller, invigorated, balanced and ready to meet your week with a spring in your step!

Please note that if you suffer from chronic pain or are dealing with a particular limitation it is best to see me for one-on-one Posture Alignment Training sessions where we can analyze your specific alignment and tailor the exercises to your body. While the classes will generally support many and are a great way to be introduced to ecises, Posture Alignment Training is intrinsically a one-on-one method that cannot be fully translated to a class-setting.
